North Bay - CanCan Class!

Join us for three two-hour cancan classes and learn cancan basics in a supportive environment! We will start the class with a full body, gentle, warm up; move into traditional barre work to strengthen our legs and core; practice across the floor cancan movements such as runs, skips, and turns; and learn basic cancan kick movements. Red Velvet has taught this class in San Francisco since 2011 and has taught cancan classes at various burlesque festivals in the U.S. Learn more about Red Velvet here: www.redvelvetburleque.com

Wear clothes comfortable for moving in and low-heeled shoes such as ballet slippers or jazz shoes. If you like, wear flirty cancan skirts - bring your own or the teacher will bring some you can borrow for class.

Dates: Sunday evenings, April 26, May 3, and May 10 from 6pm to 8pm.
