Pasha Dinner with Les Dames d'Escoffier New York
Enjoy an evening of Turkish delights on Monday, October 4 with Les Dames d'Escoffier New York at Pasha restaurant, where we will partake in a multi-course Turkish extravaganza with Kavaklidere Anatolian wines with guest speaker Mehmet Yorukoglu, president of The House of Burgundy. A reception will take place from 5:30 to 6 pm with dinner from 6 to 8 pm. The evening's offerings will include pan-fried phyllo with feta cheese, parsley and dill; chopped salad, choice of three entrees, and an assortment of Turkish pastries.
