About the DINNERfix Series:
Every month, CULTUREfix will host a private dinner party that will provide to our guests a fine dining experience, in the intimate setting of our bar and art gallery.
Each dinner will be prepared by a different, upcoming or established chef.
THE FIRST EVENT:
Chef Guiherme Barreto:
International chef and restaurant consultant, Guiherme Barreto, will bring his unique culinary skills and diverse knowledge to CULTUREfix's first DINNERfix. Born and raised in Cuiaba, Brazil (or what the chef refers to as "the f*ing jungle"), Barreto grew up learning to cook from his grandmother, using regional ingredients from the jungle and traditional cooking methods. Today, Chef Barreto travels the world consulting with new restaurants and conducting private dinner parties from the foothills of the Andes Mountains to the Lower East Side of New York.
