The Human Services Coalition of Tompkins County is a non-profit organization located in Ithaca, NY. This luncheon is our annual report to organizations, government agencies, as well as other members of the Tompkins County Community. We also use this opportunity to award the recipients of our Community Service Awards. A Buffet Luncheon will be provided with vegetarian options available.
