Phantom Buffalo is perhaps the greatest, long-standing, and farthest reaching indie rock band to hail from the Portland peninsula, effortlessly blending tight pop songwriting with sprawling psychedelic sonic movements. This August, the Buffalo boys self-released their third album, "Cement Post Cards With Owl Colors", and tonight celebrates its European release on the Parisian label Messie Murders as well as the launch of a new video promoting the album. Also performing is the Psycho-Psych-Blackout Pop-Dream-Madness of Boston's Concord Ballet Orchestra Players.
