Third Annual Evanston Harvest Celebration
You're invited to the Third Annual Evanston Harvest Celebration at Now We're Cookin' to benefit the Evanston Farmers Market, voted Best of Chicago 2010, and the Evanston Township High School (ETHS) Edible Acre Project.
Cooking this year at Now We're Cookin' are chefs/producers from Antiprima, Bistro Bordeaux, Quince, Stained Glass, Chef's Station, Fraiche, Pensiero Ristorante, Sweet Attila's , and of course, Now We're Cookin'.
Chefs/Producers of this event are also participants in the Evanston Farmers' Market. A portion of the event proceeds will benefit both the Evanston Farmers' Market and ETHS Edible Acre Project.
The Agenda
Guests will rotate among tasting stations, where the chefs will prepare and provide samples of dishes utilizing the autumn product of their partner. All are welcome to join the culinary duos for a relaxing evening of great food accompanied by wines provided by Schaefer's Wines.
