Biodiversity Committee Reception
Join Slow Food Madison and the culinary team of the Madison Club in welcoming the Slow Food Biodiversity Committee to Madison for a reception of hors d'oeuvres featuring Ark ingredients. Meet the Biodiversity committee, hear about this year's food nominees, and send off Chefs Dan Fox and Chef de cuisine Jason Veal, who will be our area's delegates to Terra Madre this year.
This is a rare chance to enjoy the food and lakeside view of the private Madison Club, and as a special treat, Chef Fox has arranged that attendees may dine in the private dining room after the reception (at their own expense: make dinner reservations at (608) 255-4861.)
Saturday, September 11th, 6:00 - 7:30 pm.
$15 to attend, cash bar, featuring local beers and spirits. Dress code for the Madison Club is business casual.
(NOTE: It's Ironman weekend in Madison, so watch-out for parking downtown!)
