De Profundis
Come early and join us for a conversation with Choral Arts' 2010-2011 Composer-in-Residence, William Averitt. As part of our Concerts & Conversations series, conductor Robert Bode and William Averitt will engage the audience in a dialogue before the concert at 6:30.
De Profundis features the world premiere of Averitt's "Traveling Home: An American Requiem," as well as performances of "Quatre motets pour un temps de penitence" by Francis Poulenc, "De profundis" by Ildebrando Pizzetti and works by Alberto Ginastera and Stephen Paulus.
