Learn How to Cook Grass-Fed Meat and Then Eat It!

Join Marin-Petaluma Slow Food Convivium and James Beard Award winner Deborah Krasner for a feast of local, grass fed and sustainably raised rabbit & pork provided by Devil's Gulch Ranch. Kendric vineyard, Moon Hill and Point Reyes Vineyard will pour tastes, and Rustic Bakery, Nicasio Valley Cheese Company, Cowgirl Creamery and Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company will also participate. The rest of the meal will be potluck--if your last name begins with A-M please bring salad or appetizer; from N-Z please bring a dessert.  Remember to bring your own plates, utensils, etc and a bowl for the delicious braised meat.
$20 of the $25 cost will go to the local Slow Food chapter to support its work in the community.
