Tomato tasting from 5:30 to 6:30 (outside on the patio)
Will taste over 25 Varieties of Organic Heirloom Tomatoes

No host bar (for tomato tasting)

Tomato Bruschetta with yellow, orange and black tomatoes and basil

Angel Hair Pasta sauced with raw chopped tomatoes, basil and olive oil (prepared with all red tomatoes)

Roasted Pork Loin with Black Cherry Tomato sauce served with a roasted stuffed tomato.

Tomato Ice Cream

All courses will be paired with local wines.
