SWORN IN (Razor & Tie Records)
Sworn In is a metalcore band from Grayslake, Illinois. The band was formed in 2011 and consists of vocalist Tyler Dennen, guitarists Zakary Gibson and Eugene Kamlyuk, bassist Derek "Slim" Bolman, and drummer Chris George. They are currently signed to Razor & Tie and released their debut album The Death Card in 2013. It charted at number 184 at the Billboard 200 charts. They toured USA and Canada several times and played as support for bands like Hundredth, Thy Art Is Murder, For the Fallen Dreams, I See Stars, Upon This Dawning, Attila, Crown The Empire, and Like Moths To Flames.
THE PLOT IN YOU (Rise Records)
The Plot in You is an American metalcore band signed to Rise Records, and formed in Hancock County, Ohio, originally as a side project of former Before Their Eyes member Landon Tewers. The group is composed of vocalist Landon Tewers, guitarist Josh Childress and bassist Ethan Yoder. They have released one EP, two studio albums, and four music videos. Their EP Wife Beater was released in 2010, followed by their full-length debut First Born in 2011, and another full-length studio album Could You Watch Your Children Burn? in 2013.
I DECLARE WAR (Artery Recordings)
I Declare War is a deathcore band from Seattle, Washington currently signed with Artery Recordings and have four full-length albums released and even a Christmas special EP. As heavy as I Declare War's sound is, their message is just as poignant and serious. "Our lyrics are based on a lot of what we think is corrupt in the world today government, religion, and the self-inflicted downfall of humanity," stated Hughes. "We have elements of a lot of different styles but try to stray from sticking to a formula and to keep things interesting by not writing the same song 11 times."
GIFT GIVER (Century Media Records)
Formed in the fall of 2012, Gift Giver gained notoriety and repute through their self-released EP, Daddy Issues, and constant touring through the US with acts such as Sworn In, Kublai Khan, Barrier and many more. Appearances at the New England Metal and Hardcore festival, Skate and Surf Fest and Michigan's own Dirtfest raised their profile even higher, making them one of the most buzzed about bands in the scene.
CURRENTS
Life//Lost is the same creative--albeit crushing--Currents that brought speed and aggression on Victimized, it sees the band calming their rough waters with introspective and immersive emotional touches that allow the band to balance their uniquely heavy atmosphere with more accessible ethereal elements. Perhaps the most impressive part of the band's renovation is that it in no way impacted their desire to bring their music to the public--as Currents' work ethic in the studio is mirrored perfectly by their dazzling live performance and incessant event schedule.
EDENBORN
From the inception of Hollow||Bones, the five piece group from White Plains, New York has been pushing the musical envelope, with a relentless and fervent need to create a unique sound all their own. Their debut EP, "TWENTYONE EIGHTYTHREE", exemplifies this by incorporating all of the band members' favorite music influences into one big knot of raw emotion. Their fresh approach to the stagnating genre has garnered them a feature in Decibel Magazine, and has won them a spot on the Eat Your Heart Out Fest, two years in a row.
