CMBS 2.0 : Conduit Lending in 2010
Please join us for a lively and in-depth discussion on the reemergence of securitized lending in 2010. The discussion will be led by seasoned industry leaders who were witness to peak CMBS issuance of over $230 billion in 2007 and who are now leading the burgeoning recovery. While both Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan have successfully securitized two conduit pools totaling just over $1.4 billion so far this year, other players have been actively lending with an eye towards securitization in the coming year.
