MEET THE MAKERS: A photography exhibition of artists of Napa Valley
Sure to be a red carpet affair with appearances of stars from Napa Valley's art world, the upcoming photography exhibition "Meet the Makers" will showcase portraits of over 65 talented local established and emerging creative masters. Arts Council Napa Valley's first invitational exhibition, the 2010 "Meet the Makers" photographers include: Suzanne Becker Bronk, Dona Kopol Bonick, Kristine Cummins, and Chick Harrity.
A public reception will be held on Friday, October 15th, at Mumm Napa at 8445 Silverado Trail, Rutherford. A preview reception will begin at 6:00 p.m., with doors open to the general public at 7:00. Enjoy live music/performance art, hors d'oeuvres, great conversation, and of course, Mumm Napa's delicious sparkling wine.
Tickets are $60 per person, or $99 per couple for the 6pm preview including special live performances and a book of photography. Doors open to the public at 7pm at $25 per person.
This one-of-a-kind exhibition kicks of the inaugural, "Napa Valley Arts 2010" celebration; a county-wide celebration of arts and culture from Friday, October 15th through Sunday, November 14th. To learn more about, Napa Valley Arts 2010, visit www.nvarts.org.
