This "funtastic" dance exercise program will be led by the dynamic Theresa Belford - a dance fitness instructor for the Scotch Plains Recreation Department. Theresa's popular programs sell out fast! Theresa incorporates dance with other aspects of fitness such as boxing, balance and Tai-chi. She believes that there are many benefits to dance fitness including weight loss, cardio, health, improved coordination, stress relief and most-importantly - fun! Theresa's programs are accompanied by music which she says, "brings people together."
