I Puritani - Opera in Cinema
I Puritani is one of the richest examples of Vincezo Bellini's transition from lyrical classicism to the passion of romanticism. It was the last opera Bellini wrote before his premature death at the age of 34. For this production, the Teatro Comunale di Bologna has united two young starts of the opera world: Juan Diego Florez and Nino Machaidze.
