As Co-creator and Head Writer of Comedy Central's The Daily Show, Lizz Winstead changed the way people get their news and react to politics forever. She moved on bringing her unique satiric voice to the radio waves, co-founding Air America Radio and shared the mic every morning hosting Unfiltered with the amazing Rachel Maddow.
Now Lizz is touring the country bringing her biting political insights to packed houses from LA to DC, and on August 27th and 28th she will perform at the Mixed Magic theater in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
Lizz takes on hypocrisy with a brilliant razor sharp wit, hitting all the big guys who chose to abuse their power. From Beck to Bachmann, Healthcare to Hedge funds, no one is exempt from a hilarious jab.

As co-creator and former head writer of The Daily Show and Air America Radio co-founder, Lizz Winstead is one of the top political satirists in America. As a performer, Lizz brought her political wit to The Daily Show as a correspondent and later to the radio waves co-hosting Unfiltered, Air America Radio's mid-morning show, where she brought on board Hip Hop legend, Chuck D and political big brain Rachel Maddow.
