Slow Food RR Pepperpalooza Fest at Quetzal Farm
When: Sunday, September 19 from 3pm to 6:30pm
Where: 2927 Llano Road off Hwy 12 - there will be parkers on site!
What to bring: Potluck drink or dessert, plate, napkin, flatware & glass
ENTRY AVAILABLE AT THE GATE - CASH OR CHECK ONLY, NO CC'S.
* Chef Christopher Greenwald of Bay Laurel Culinary Catering will prepare tacos (with Quetzal produce!) using his mobile catering unit
* Quetzal farm owners, Kevin & Keith will be roasting delcious peppers and chiles in their roasting drum
* You can join in a tour of the farm, or just hang out and relax with friends!
* Sherri Brooks Vinton - author of "Put em Up!" & expert canner, will give a canning demo!
Dress appropriately for a farm - including shoes you're not worried about scuffing up a bit!
Cost: $22 (includes Brown Paper ticket fee)
Kid friendly! age 7-12 - $10, 6 and under free!
