The evening will begin with a leisurely stroll through the Co-op space... highlighting delicious local food products, chatting it up with Co-op staff, and getting to know other guests. Then we'll migrate into the Bistro area, where legendary local wine Guru, Carl Carlsteen, will pilot our palettes through local wine flights and we'll sample a series of small plates prepared with our region's finest local ingredients.
