Chris Shugart currently serves as Director of Development Management for Pattern Energy, a developer, owner, and operator of renewable energy and transmission facilities. Prior to Pattern, Chris developed natural gas combined cycle power plants and wind energy projects for Babcock & Brown and Calpine.
