Prehistoric Preschool-Dinosaur Detectives, Friday Morning
Prehistoric Preschool is a Museum program for 3-5 year-olds and their adult companions to explore natural history topics in a supportive and fun atmosphere. All activities are child-centered, hands-on, and age appropriate. Classes include two hours of crafts, songs, games, puppet shows, investigating specimens from the Museum's collections, Museum visits, and a fun and healthy snack.
Participants attend all Friday morning classes from 10 a.m. to noon. Note that classes take place every other week.
Fall Session 1: Dinosaur Detectives
Join us, as we become junior paleontologists exploring the animals and plants of New Mexico's prehistoric habitats. We will learn how to use basic scientific tools as we enhance our detective skills of exploration, observation, and identification.
