November 11 Art of Activism
Sundance Kabuki Cinemas San Francisco, CA
The Redford Center presents our fall Activism program, featuring an engaging, action-oriented conversation with Newark, New Jersey Mayor and Brick City star Cory Booker. Cory will reflect on his roots as a community activist, share his bold vision for Newark's future, and give insight into the city's progress toward lifting itself out of nearly a half-century of violence, poverty, and corruption. The evening's program will also celebrate the inspiring efforts of two Bay Area leaders through short film and dialog.
Because we believe activism is an art.
