Jahzel is an American hip hop emcee, producer, and songwriter. Born and raised in Chicago. Jahzel incorporates genres such as trap music his lyrics frequently focus on life in Chicago, and have also incorporated various local genres.[2] A number of his music videos have been featured on MTV Jams and MTVu, and he has performed at festivals such as A3C. Jahzel and The BlackKeyCollective have a six-part online reality show series hosted by HipHopDX that showcases the creation of The Wake Up, Jahzel's first full length album available now on iTunes.
