At the training workshop, you will learn the BollyX class format, including the various styles of South Asian dance, safety and alignment, pre-cueing and core teaching principles, and practical exam preparation. Choreography is provided to music carefully selected by BollyX to maintain consistency, quality and freshness of programming across the world. This includes warm-ups, muscle strength/isolation sequences, dances, performances and cool downs. We have also built in some flexibility for instructors to customize their playlists by providing them with many choreography options to choose from. We teach a sample of these songs in our training, which are part of the 15-minute practical exam.
