ICON THEATRE presents "THE SEAHORSE"
Kentwood Performing Arts Center Kent, WA
Harry has an idea. No not really an idea, a feeling. He wants to marry Gertrude Blum, and have kids with her, to create an authentic life. So what stands in his way? Grertrude Blum. A woman who has been so assaulted by life she keeps all comers out, except for Harry, whom she has only let in long enough for him to fall in love with her. The power of love is the engine that runs this play, and both of the players are up for the battle. Gert, with her sucessful portside bar, and Harry with his dreams, push and pull themselves in order to find their answer.
