Just when you thought bacon couldn't get any tastier, we paired it up with some amazing beer! Join us for an evening featuring all-natural and sustainably raised pork matched up with top-notch craft brews. You'll be treated to a whole range of pork dishes created by Chef Alex Carballo, and "Dr." Bill Sysak has paired each one with a specific brew to enhance its flavors. There won't be a prosaic pork chop to be found--this is pork like you've never experienced it before!
