Join us for an evening featuring all-natural and sustainably raised pork matched up with top-notch craft brews. You'll be treated to a whole range of pork dishes created by Chef Alex Carballo, and "Dr." Bill Sysak has paired each one with a specific brew to enhance its flavors.
