The No Shit Shirleys are seven unique women with seven signature, solo voices, who have come together to create a jewel-toned septet. They have inspired and touched the hearts of audiences with music that truly celebrates both lifeÃÃ,¢s joys and struggles. The No Shit Shirleys are proud to present a concert for the Queer Arts Festival, with a program will be all a capella, featuring their diverse and eclectic repertoire. Original material and gorgeous, innovative arrangements of traditional pieces from around the world will be presented, centering on life, love and womanhood. Whether it be love songs, music of celebration, or songs of protest, the ShirleysÃÃ,¢ music is always full of joy, strength and courage ÃÃ,¢" music to live by.
