Lizz Roman & Dancers present their newest building dance "THIS DANCE THIS PLACE". Roman and her dancers/collaborators will be moving audiences through the halls, stairwells, and doorways of DANZHAUS this Sept/Oct for a site-specific exploration of one of San Francisco"s most architecturally unique dance spaces. Dancers Tara Fagan, Kelly Kemp, Sonja Smith, James Soria, Brian Fisher, Cameron Growden,James Graham,and Helena Birecki will be joined each evening by LR&D collaborators Alex Kelley (cello), Clyde Sheets(turntables/percussion)and Jerome Lindner(electronics) performing an original sound score.
