July 16 Cruise with Armstrong's Patent aboard the Islander 7-10pm
Friday, July 16, 2010 - Live Music by Armstrong's Patent
Armstrong's Patent is a Dutch group specializing in acapella historic sea songs, or "chanteys", songs sung by working men of the sea. Armstrong's Patent hails from Abingdem, Netherlands and is participating in the Maritime Music Festival being held in conjunction with Tall Ship Celebration.
The upper level (boarding level) of the Islander is the entertainment deck, with chair seating, band and dance floor. The lower houses the catering and bar service areas. We may ask guests initially seated on lower level to move to the upper level after dining, in order to allow all guests an opportunity to make use of the table seating while enjoying the dinner buffet.
Beverages may be purchased from the onboard cash bar
