Our adult workshops provide a chance to try out the rope, fabric, and static trapeze with other brand-new beginners. $25 gets you off your feet.

Note: What to expect and wear: Please come to the studio a few minutes before class to sign our waiver. We recommend wearing long exercise fitting pants/leggings and a comfortable top that can be tucked in for going upside down. Be prepared for a workout. (No shoes needed) All Sales are Final. There are no refunds or exchanges. We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified by phone 24 hours prior to the event and full refunds will be issued by check or by credit to your charge card.
