Backyard Yucatan Pork Roast

Join Aqua Terra in an afternoon Yucatan Pork Roast in a relaxing Berkeley backyard.

What does this mean?

We will be wrapping pork in banana leaves and cooking it slowly for hours by burying it in coals in a custom built fire pit.

The result? Authentic Cochinita Pibil.

Festivities begin at 3:30. We will provide the delicious pork, beverages (alcoholic and otherwise), cutlery and tableware. We ask you to do a little research on Mayan cuisine and prepare something to share that will complement this succulent pork. We will contact those who sign up to coordinate dishes so that we have a complete feast to share.

Space is limited, so sign up now to reserve your place. We are limiting the event to 30 adults and children.
Cost is $20 per person. Kids are $5 per person. Purchase tickets for adults only and let us know if you are bringing children and how many.
