About our Guest Stars:

April March:
April March worked in burlesque from 1952-1978, performing all over the US, Canada, Mexico, and England. She was called "The First Lady of Burlesque," in part because of her resemblance to First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy, but mostly due to her ladylike behavior on and off stage. Never crass or profane, April March was the personification of the "elegant" stripteaser and became known for her class and grace.

April headlined two Harold Minsky shows and Ann Corio's show This Was Burlesque on Broadway. In 1964, April appeared in a short film by Jim Henson called Time Piece and recently appeared in Behind the Burly Q.

She is the only permanent Guest of Honor at The Great Burlesque Exposition. In 2009, April graced their stage with her world-famous striptease for the first time in thirty-one years. Her act received a standing ovation. She is a regularly featured guest at the Burlesque Hall of Fame, most recently performing a duet with Jett Adore in 2014.

Siobhan Atomica:
Kentucky's first and most highly decorated multi-award-winning burlesque performer, Siobhan Atomica is a nationally-acclaimed and classically-trained professional burlesque powerhouse! Her many awards include the 2013 and the 2014 Bedazzled Buffalo for Biggest Tease at the Oklahoma City Burlesque Festival. She has performed alongside top award-winning and internationally acclaimed artists in the burlesque, sideshow, circus, and variety scenes in festivals and shows all over the nation in the past six years, including Amber Ray, Lola van Ella, Jeez Loueez, Foxy Tann, Squidling Brothers, and hundreds of other amazing acts. She has opened for popular musical groups such as The Reverend Horton Heat, Here Come The Mummies!, Vagabond Opera, Goddamn Gallows, The Punknecks, and a long list of other groups.

From January 2011 to December of 2013 Siobhan led Rebel Riot Revue, Lexington's premier burlesque and variety show as founder, director, producer and manager. Now she has moved on to be the Executive and Creative Director of Vagabond Artists Collective, a nonprofit organization for circus and variety performers who are dedicated to upholding and advancing their respective performance art forms and educating the community on the importance of performance art. She has also formed The Kentucky Burlesque Society, an organization to unite burlesque performers, producers and shows across the bluegrass state in an effort to further the art of burlesque within the Commonwealth. Since 2012 Siobhan has produced the first and only burlesque festival in Kentucky, the Bluegrass Burlexpo Kentucky Burlesque and Variety Festival, and each year grows in splendor and success!

Amy Henderson:
Amy is the original Miss Texas Polestar 2010 and holds a plethora of titles such as Vertical Pole Challenge Las Vegas 2009, Queen of the Pole DFW 2010, Miss Texas Pole Star 2nd Runner Up 2012, Miss Sexy and Crowd Favorite 2013, Southern Pole Championshop 1st Runner Up 2014, Best Variety at the 2014 Oklahoma City Burlesque Festival, and placed 7th in the nation at Pole Sport Organization Nationals in 2014. She is known for her intense pole work and fierce attitude and has been a finalist for both Pole Instructor and Pole Choreographer of the year for the state of Texas in 2013 and 2014. She is an instructor at Vertical Fitness Dallas and The Girl's Room.
