Susie Butler has been performing the Sarah Vaughan Songbook for over 10 years at various venues in the U.S. She has been on a mission to keep the music of Sarah Vaughan alive by giving her rendition of the songs that Sarah Vaughan made famous such as Misty, Lullabye of Birdland, Send in the Clowns, Can't get out of this mood and many more. Susie also will be singing the songs from Sarah Vaughan Brazilian years.

Susie Butler is originally from Wichita, Kansas, a region rich with the sounds of Charlie Parker, Lester Young and Count Basie. She started singing in church in Kansas and discovered the songs from great American songbook when she arrived in San Francisco. You can purchase Susie's music on CDBaby.
