Jamie Rivera, an instructor & performer with the Magnet Theatre Touring Company, is in DC, and he will teach a 3-hour workshop on character point of view.

No prerequisites.  Individuals who purchase a workshop also receive a free ticket to the show that night.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Obi-Wan Kenobi once told some kid, "You will find that many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our own point of view." In this workshop, we'll work on exercises that will express and strengthen your point of view onstage.

By developing and exploring these techniques, we'll discover how digging deeper into beliefs, views, and philosophies will lead to creating richer, more inspired characters as well as stronger, more truthful scenes that are more fun to play.
