Contemporary Sublime: The Artist in Nature

Join us for an organic dinner in the Mess Hall followed by a discussion between three artists whose works explore the concept of landscape through experience, imagination, and memory. Mariele Neudecker's (AIR '10) installations, Ned Kahn's (AIR '87) interactive sculptures, and Jeremy Morgan's paintings draw from history and tradition to explore ways that landscape becomes a vehicle for emotional transcendence, philosophical contemplation, and cultural identity.
