By purchasing this ticket, you agree that: Valid proof of ID representing that you are AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE must be presented for Admission to Brewfest (the "event" or "Brüfest"); No refunds will be provided for failure to present Valid proof of ID at the event; no refunds will be provided for a lost or stolen ticket; you will indemnify and hold the Pittsburgh Rugby Football Club, its agents and representatives harmless for any legal action that arises, may arise, or is could be reasonable expected to arise from your attendance at the event; the Pittsburgh Rugby Football Club, its agents and representatives are not liable for the actions of third parties attending, having attended, or were involved with the event; the Pittsburgh Rugby Football Club, its agents and representatives are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, the Pittsburgh Rugby Football Club and/or the Sheraton Station Square, have the right to deny admittance for any reason without a refund of your ticket purchase; you may be removed from the event for any reason, including but not limited to fighting, unruly behavior, and extreme intoxication (as determined at the sole discretion of the Pittsburgh Rugby Club, or the staff of the event venue); and that you will not remove beer from the event premises. You agree that this is a "beer tasting," event and not an opportunity to imbibe to the point of intoxication.
You represent that you will take no action to endanger the safety of others at this event or at any point thereafter due to your actions while attending this event, and that should you imbibe to the point of intoxication, you will rely on a designated driver or call for a taxi at:
