Bob Warren's music reflects a poetic artistry that is both articulate and evocative. With his roots in the folk troubadour tradition, Bob's writing is surprisingly diverse. From musicals to rock and everything in between, Bob's music shares his humor, wit, and heart.

Bassist, Tony Markellis, has spent his career playing blues, folk, jazz, rock, Latin, and country music with such diverse artists as Phish, guitarist Trey Anastasio, and the Mamas & the Papas.

As a classical guitarist, Joel Brown has traveled worldwide, appearing at the Mikulov Guitar Festival in the Czech Republic and in Asia with the Singapore Chinese Orchestra, as well as at the Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Tanglewood, and Caramoore Festival. He has also appeared on NBC's Today Show, CNN's Showbiz Today, NPR and BBC. Brown's varied talents aren't limited to classical music. He is also a member of the touring group Triple Play - a border-crossing trio blending jazz with blues and folk - which includes members Chris Brubeck and harmonica legend Peter Madcat Ruth. Between tour dates he can be found at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs as a Distinguished Artist-In-Residence.

Accompanying Joel is Dave Maswick. As a member of the 80's group Blotto, you may have seen him in the video for the hit song "I Wanna Be a Lifeguard" on MTV's very first day on the air. Dave went on to write, produce and play with many of the finest musicians in the U.S. and Europe on music and film projects too numerous to mention, all the while continuing his long association as a charter member of seminal country metal bluegrass proponents, the Stony Creek Band.
The evening's host, Chris Millis, is a prize-winning, best-selling writer and producer. He wrote the Sony Pictures comedy "Small Apartments" starring Billy Crystal, Matt Lucas, Johnny Knoxville, James Caan, and Rebel Wilson. He's a graduate of Lake Avenue Elementary School, where his twin sons are in second grade. Bob Warren taught Chris how to play guitar -- but shouldn't be blamed for Chris's distinct lack of musical progress.
