Uphill Both Ways has been really lazy for the last year. But FINALLY they are back with a special sketch comedy show to celebrate Dave's 37th birthday!
This one-night-only show will feature some of the best UBW skits from the last 8 years, plus a few surprises that will include some new material and some "classic" favorites that haven't been performed since 2004! C'mon down to the Dark Room Theater on May 14, have a few laughs and maybe a piece of cake. (Dave thinks he's getting all the ticket money for his birthday but the truth is that all proceeds are going to The Gaiety Project, the revival of a only-in-SF cutting-edge vintage performance house in the beautiful, downtown Tenderloin. Uphill Both Ways has performed their unique brand of sketch comedy in over a dozen Bay Area venues since January of 2002. They have also performed at numerous international comedy festivals in SF, NYC, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, Washington DC, Toronto and Vancouver. Their short films have been screened at film festivals in the U.S and Canada, and have been televised on Comedy Central and The Hotel Networks.
This was in the days BEFORE they got lazy. Obviously.
