2010 Sausalito Floating Homes Tour

Back for the 25th year, Sausalito's colorful floating homes community will open its doors to visitors. The self-guided tour takes visitors inside about 19 of the most unique homes in the world. Docents will also be onboard to describe the unique waterfront lifestyle and answer questions.
Note: The tour begins at the Kappas Marina Green, on Gate 6 Road at the northern end of Sausalito, just over the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco. Parking is avaliable in the Gateway Center across the freeway, with a shuttle bus provided. Food and soft drinks will be for sale on the Kappas green. Local musical groups will perform throughout the day.
PLEASE provide a mailing address so additional information can be mailed to you.
Also be aware that there is a significant amount of walking involved. As a result, it is not expected that you will see all of homes on the tour.
