This is the 17th annual "running" of this 6 K Fun Walk/Run that disqualifies everyone but Lyle but gives trophies for the fastest disqualified people in age categories. After the race there is a raffle with lots of prizes donated by local merchants. In addition, for the second year, there is an Urban Adventure Course (loosely based off CBS's Amazing Race) for teams of 3 to 4 people. Teams will run from local business to local business to pick up clues, decode riddles, and complete tasks all in a race for the finish line. Expect a prize for the winning team.
Registration is $60 for each team of two to four people for the Adventure Course. Limit 25 teams! Team members encouraged to find ten sponsors each at $10 each.
Registration is only $10 for each participant in the 6K Walk/Run but we strongly encourage each participant to find ten sponsors at $10 each. There will be prizes for those with the most sponsors.

Note: This is Vancouver's AIDS Walk - raising funds for Martha's Pantry in Vancouver and for Global Partners in Africa.
