Second Saturday Salon is a recurring event each 2nd Saturday that features local music, art, wine, and beer in an intimate setting. The April 10th event features jazz vocalist virtuoso Kenny Washington backed by a trio of top-notch musicians. Kenny has played at the Lincoln Center and Yoshi's, so it is rare to see an artist this good in an intimate venue. With a range over four octaves, his playful, free approach to any tune is truly awe inspiring. His tone on ballads is liquid, his scat is rapid-fire passionate, melodious and inventive. His range seems limitless.
