No Exit By Jean Paul Sartre
No Exit is a 1944 existential masterpiece by Jean-Paul Sartre; Three strangers find themselves in hell; they are escorted, one by one, into a room by a mysterious valet, who fails to reveal what they are to expect for the rest of eternity. They are all ready to be tortured, but no torturer arrives. Instead, they realize they are there to torture each other, which they do effectively, by probing each others' sins, desires and unpleasant memories, which brings them to the inevitable conclusion: "HELL IS OTHER PEOPLE".
