Chapter Tour: American River College Library Expansion and Remodel
Join us on the campus of American River College on Thursday, April 22nd for a Chapter tour of the newly completed Boettche library expansion and remodel!

Project Description
This demanding, center-of-campus project accomplishes the library expansion without impacting the existing student plaza on the north. It also recreates the library from a quiet stand-alone facility to an integrated student center. The limited budget for the addition eliminated remodeling the exterior of the existing library. The addition therefore had to
stand on its own and be compatible with, but not mimic, the existing architecture. An overall goal of the addition was to create an interior/exterior connection with the plaza, which was sorely missing.
