The Joy of Cheese Presents All About Chevre Part Two
No development best signals that this is a golden age of cheese than the incredible range of goat's milk cheeses on the marketplace today. There is now a full range of textures flavors and styles available to savvy shoppers. In the second of our three tastings celebrating the diversity of goats milk cheese in April, we will focus on the softer chevres. Please join us at 7:30 on April 13th at Stella, 213 Front St., (between Beekman and Peck Slip). I'll present eight cheeses (plus one mystery cheese), a noted beer expert (who is not yet nailed down) will present four beers. Tickets are $25 and the event will run just over an hour.
