Cheesemaking Part Deux: GOATS!
The theme for 2010 is GOATS! Heather Stoltzfus will lead us in techniques for making two goat's milk cheeses: both a simple chevre as well as feta for the more advanced cheesemaker. In addition, members Pam Thomson and Kevin Razban will provide artisanal goat cheese samples and wine pairings. Last year's class, featured on the front page of the OC Register Food Section, sold out very quickly so don't wait to get your tickets!
