Kook

World Premiere!

Kook is a darkly comedic peek into the multiverse of an average joe striving to live the good life. Problem is, he doesn't really know what that means anymore. His boss is eating his soul. Literally, piece by piece. He is in love with someone in the audience, but that relationship is loaded with issues. He's taking pills, but needs more pills for those pills, and more for those, etc. The more he reflects on his past and imagines the possibilities of what his life could be, the more he finds his world looping in on itself in bumbling and tragic ways. It is a struggle with the worst enemy a person could possibly have -- oneself.

Made up of looping scenes which wrap in on themselves and each other, Kook is sketch comedy meets conceptual theatre. A swirling stream of conscious domination of a most diabolic psyche!
