The Produce Dinner: Spices
Perhaps a bit less conventional than our past Produce Dinners,but with Sita Kuratomi Bhaumik's amazing spice art displayed in our gallery and the fact that March is that awkward month between winter and spring we decided to explore spices.
Lucky for us San Francisco is home to an amazing spice crafter, Kathy FitzHenry, of Juliet Mae (http://julietmae.com). Kathy's spices will be featured throughout the menu and she'll be joining us at the table to share her spice wisdom. Sita, our artist, will decorate the table with one-of-a-kind spice art.
The meal will include four savory and one sweet spice-filled vegetarian courses. Wine included.
