A Night of Endless Chocolate
We're excited to welcome back to our kitchen Chef Mary McMahon, award winning pastry chef! Mary will guide us in creating four ways to use Ganache: Flourless Chocolate Cake, Truffles, Chocolate Fondue and Chocolate Tartlets. The sumptuous dessert feast will be accompanied by sparkling wine and ideas for packaging the treasures you have made for holiday gift giving. It's a holiday extravaganza spiced with tips from a master Chef! $70
