Tuscany and Truffles Dinner with Vicario Wines at Ristorante LIDI
September's Wine Dinner at Ristorante LIDI will be an excellent culinary experience featuring a creative five-course dinner prepared by Chef Jason Colon and paired with red Vicario wines from Tuscany. The star ingredient at this limited seating event will be black truffles, that pungent mushroom treat infusing so many rich, delicious dishes at upscale restaurants worldwide.
The Vicario Rosso Toscano Sangiovese has been described as deep ruby red with purple hues, black cherry and spice aromas, mineral and floral accents. With the rich taste of soft tannins, it delivers persistent black-fruit flavors with consistent acidity and a lingering finish.
The Vicario Super Tuscan Sangiovese and Cabernet Blend is a deep ruby red with deep purple hues and back cherry, wild plum and spice aromas. Its alcohol richness is smoothly handled by high acidity. There's a rich taste with persistent fruit and red berry flavors and soft tannins, and a fruitiness that make it very easy to approach, creating an extremely long finish.
