Now We're Cookin' welcomes Heather Bublick, sommelier for Feath & Imbibe in Evanston, in this first of our series of wine education classes.  Focused on the "noble grapes" - pinot noir, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc and cabernet - this series showcases each one in a single session, exploring regional differences. Sample the wines accompanied by snack pairings - purchase if desired - and leave armed with a better understanding of the noble grape!  $45 / session
