How many planets are in our solar system?  Did you know our sun is our closest star?  We will blast off into deep space during a planetarium show and explore sunspots as they happen at our observatory.  Campers will have an opportunity to drive a Mars rover and create their own egg-drop Mars lander.  Activities include art projects, games, stories, investigating real specimens from the Museum's collections, and visits to the Museum's exhibits. Classes are limited to 15 children and are taught by two adult instructors and one aide.

(Entering Kindergarten or 1st grade in 2014-2015 School Year)
